With nearly 30 years of real estate experience, Yvette has built her reputation by focusing on underserved markets and ensuring every client receives expert representation, regardless of their housing choice.

Throughout her career, Yvette has specialized in helping veterans, seniors, and first-time homebuyers navigate complex real estate transactions. Her expertise spans manufactured homes, 55+ communities, VA-eligible properties, and affordable housing solutions. This commitment to serving diverse communities has given her unique insight into the challenges and opportunities within the manufactured housing market.


In addition to her brokerage and education work, Yvette brings hands-on experience in property management and HOA operations, including supervisory leadership in a homeowners association environment. Her background includes working closely with residents, boards, policies, compliance expectations, and community operations—experience that adds practical depth to her training for professionals serving manufactured home communities.


From Practitioner to Certified Educator

After helping hundreds of families achieve homeownership through manufactured housing, Yvette recognized a critical need in the industry. Too many real estate professionals were turning away manufactured home buyers simply because they lacked the specialized knowledge to serve them properly. Meanwhile, buyers were struggling to find knowledgeable agents who understood their unique needs.


Committed to addressing this gap professionally, Yvette earned her Certified Distance Education Instructor (CDEI) certification from ARELLO (the Association of Real Estate License Law Officials). ARELLO is an international membership-based organization dedicated to supporting jurisdictions in the administration and enforcement of real estate license laws.
